I saw that. He was defiant but then in a brief, small moment you saw a look on his face that seemed to say, 'Oh my goodness, I'm going to die!' He trembled, he shook, he feared. Justice has been served.

I saw the excution, over the internet. The whole thing, I kinda felt sorry for the guy. When you think about it Iraq was better off when he was in power. The people he killed were nothing compared to the people who have died since he lost power. Bush is indirectly resposible for that, I would hate to live over there, i bet you its a living hell.
My opinion of saddam hasn't changed, i still think he was a crazy, evil man. But i think his evilness might have been a nurture issue. Had he be born in America his personality would be nothing like it is. But being born in Iraq and be surrounded by crazies, i can see how he could become such a ruthless dictator. That's no excuse, cause their are still some good people in Iraq, but i understand him better in death than life.
