Colosians 2: 9- 10 For in him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power;
Our inner man has been completed. Our new creature created after God in true holiness.
The word complete in this test means: perfect.
We see this confirmed in:
I. Corinthians 2: 6 Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect:
Philippians 3: 15 Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded:
Hebrews 12: 23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
Hebrews 10: 14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
We need to understand who God has made us in Christ so we can "put on the new man created in righteousness and true holiness". We need whats on the inside to flow to the outside via renewing our minds to who we are and what we have as a result of our blood bought covenant with God.

John 17:22-23 "I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one: I in them and you in me. May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me."
We are to be connected to one another as God and Jesus are connected. That is, we are to be as one in the same, just as God and Jesus are one in the same. In being so, we bring glory to God by being a reflection of Him: taking many parts and making them into one.

Yes, I think that will happen when we put ourselves aside and reach out to the lost. We will then be many parts of one body working together to accomplish what Jesus told us to do. It's all about souls.

Col. 1: 21-22 Being in time past alienated and enemies in your mind in your evil works, yet now has he reconciled in the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and without blemish and unreprovable before him.
Eph. 5: 27 That he might present the church to himself a glorious church, no having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
This does not happen after death. This has been purchased by Jesus for us as soon as we accept him as Savior. This is who we are in Christ. You stand before God complete. When God sees you, He sees the blood. Do we deserve this? Apparently God believes we do. As the Psalmist says, "Who art man that you should be mindful of him?"
We obviously aren't perfect and complete in our flesh yet. That comes later when Jesus returns and we receive our glorified bodies. But we will be changed in our flesh from glory to glory as we renew our minds to who we are in Christ and to other truths in God's Word.
We know that we are complete in Jesus because spiritually dead men cannot stand in God's presence; as illustrated in the Old Covenant when the High Priest had to go into the Holy of Holies once a year to make atonement for spiritually dead people. Those Priests had a rope tied around one ankle so that if they somehow didn't perform the sacrifice rituals correctly, the other priests could drag his dead body out of the presence of God. If we weren't complete in Christ already, we could not go into His presence, but in the New Covenant we are told to, "Come boldly to the throne of grace in our time of need." We can come boldly because our redemption has already been purchased.
